Review on Welding machine inverter type FoxWeld InverMIG 205, TIG, MMA, MIG/MAG by Adam Nowak ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The perfect purchase for me, exactly what I was looking for!

Minor shortcomings that I can not attribute to the fundamental ones. • On the device, the short wire connecting the MIG to the bayonet connection must be fixed, otherwise it will break off soon. • Earth wire slowed down aluminum - in non-ferrous metal. • For manual welding, the holder-wire-bayonet is not included. Due to this, apparently, the price is about 30,000 ru. instead of 35,000 from other suppliers. • The switch behind - is inconvenient. Therefore, at the welding post, it is better to bring an additional switch to an accessible place.

Pros
  • • Circuitry: 6 power transistors instead of the usual 4. PV 100%. • A wide range of currents from 25 to 180 A, from delicate welding of a thin sheet to burning through 5 mm steel with a 4 mm electrode, and not at full power. Honest indication of current. • Simple operation, convenient during welding. • Separate valve (not on the handle), which increases the reliability of closing. • There is a wire pull. • Presence of AntiStick, ArcForce, HotStart.
Cons
  • • No synergy mode. • There is no indication of the set current in the MIG mode. • Anti-sticking works, but I would like it to work earlier.
