Not Android 9, actually Android 8

Does not include installation instructions. Actually Android 8 is not 9 what is listed, I don't like being misled. I wanted the latest version of the operating system. Installation was successful, even without instructions. Does not include code to access specific settings. I will update my review as soon as I use it.
