Gorgeous lights at this price! Quality can be better. The faux candle thing are not straight for few of them. The electrician installed it. So I cannot provide details on the installation. While he didn’t complain so I guess it’s average. Putting on the crystals is easy. The same parts are packed in plastic bags (no cushion) and labeled. Some pieces chipped a little. Spare pieces help but are too few. The bigger ball chipped a little too but no spare ones, understandably. The bigger pieces should be better packed.
