Review on Pioneer BDR-XD07S 6x Slim Portable External USB 3.0 BD/DVD/CD Burner by Jaime Miranda

I looked through several model reviews and chose this model because it turned out to be Pioneer's latest model. It worked out of the box on Windows 7 and Windows 10, no drivers to download. I have tested it with CD, DVD and Blu-ray discs played. I have BD-R M discs but haven't tested them yet. I needed to collect enough files to burn a 25GB disc. The player is fast as expected. It tends to vibrate when you run and does run on the surface when you run, but I cut out a piece of grip pad to put it underneath and that made all the difference. Now it runs smoothly and stays in place. This model came with a 14 inch USB 3 cable. It has an input for an external 5V power supply, but this is not included. I didn't need it as my computers are powered by their USB 3 ports. Giving four stars only because I don't have anything that compares.
