I bought these to cover my wooden IKEA stools in my apartment. They're just plain thick muslin, but I fold them twice so there are four layers. They are perfect for summer time. I use fir wood floors in the winter months, but then switched to this one since we have warm weather in Oregon. I like the design and the colors. In real life they are even more beautiful. It's 100% organic cotton, which is a plus. The reason why buying organic cotton is important is because growers use a lot of pesticides when growing cotton, and pesticides are bad for the environment. By buying organic cotton products you are helping the environment. It is important for me. They're made in China but I'm impressed with the quality - they're as good as the Indian made muslin muslins I've bought. I'm very happy with this product and at $13 for each comforter I think it's a reasonable price plus it's organic cotton.
