Perfect for a 2003 4runner but

The product is well made and I have no complaints about it. I ended up removing them from my car. First, it severely affected the car's stability, which was especially noticeable on asphalt. (60% of the time I drive on unpaved roads). It felt like the front end was floating. Second, the VSC kicked in when I was going straight without losing traction. This means the right front traction control system applies the brakes as if it were sliding. (creepy when I was driving at 50 km/h). At first I thought I might have damaged the sensor so I replaced them. Didn't fix it. So I removed those spacers. This did NOT fix it. Computer rotation synchronization has already been disabled due to geometry changes. I did a zero calibration and the problem was gone. Summary. ZPC may have solved the problem by not removing this product, but for me the geometry change made the vehicle less stable. The product is perfect and if you don't care how the vehicle REALLY behaves then move on. Make no mistake, this changes stability. It is important to note that no other modifications were made to the car. SR5 V8 2003. If I had heavy mods everywhere and it was just an ORV, it probably wouldn't matter other than computer calibration. I personally didn't like the feel of the elevators. But the product got 5 stars here too. It went on unchanged - one thing was that going up the coil spring changed direction - instead of having the end of the coil pointing towards the rear of the car, it was pointing forward. does it matter? Maybe not, but the factory manual says the end of the spring should be pointing in a certain direction. That's my two cents. a good product.

Pros
  • a good thing
Cons
