Ordered to fix my father's car. The first order came with a damaged plug so I had to install a replacement. Revain had the distinction of quickly delivering a replacement unit. Excellent customer service! The exchange worked great. The car doesn't stop anymore and leaves them at the side of the road. This is a common high mileage Lexus es300 error and almost impossible to diagnose with a code scanner. No codes. just a dead car on the side of the road that may or may not start in a few minutes. This part is a necessary economical solution. Definitely better than trying to buy used equipment which will have the same problem. Keep it up!
