I have to take some responsibility. We have been successfully using another brand on our chalkboard painted wall for a long time. I bought CraftyCroc liquid chalk markers for my daughters for Christmas. Unfortunately they only recently opened the box for use. Now the whole wall is destroyed. My girls drew things on the wall everywhere like they used to. The only difference this time is that the marker doesn't come off. The wall is painted. None of the uninstall troubleshooting suggestions work. My fault is that we didn't test it first. We didn't have any issues with the other brand and I thought we'd be fine with this one too. Unfortunately I have to repaint a wall and am stuck with the markings.
