prevent catastrophe! Best in Home Sensors and Alarms

I had a model that sat on the floor next to my sump pump. Luckily he warned us that the water was starting to overflow due to a pump failure. The water came from melting all the snow. It wasn't a sudden heavy rain. For now! Luckily my wife can hear well enough to notice that the alarm went off. It turned out that the backup battery in the secondary pump was dead. What I didn't understand is that the primary installation has been out of service for a long time. Even if you have a spare pump, it's worth having. I have several scattered in the basement, next to the washing machine, next to the kettle. So I decided to buy them. I can lower them down the hole to be alarmed before the water reaches the top. I placed 2 of these in the fountain at slightly different heights. I gave the third one away for Christmas. Our neighbor had a leaky basement window and inch by inch flooded the basement before they got him. Our other neighbors have had several emergency water sources with costly treatment and even repairs over the years. Early detection minimizes damage. My parents had a crack and leak in their rarely used basement pantry. So keep those places in mind too. They are so cheap and you can arrange them in different ways, just order them. Do not exaggerate. Once you receive them and put them in your basement, you can imagine a chic smart home email look with your phone app. ;) For a few euros you can prevent a hell of a lot of water damage!
