Easy to assemble. Slides directly onto Specialized Hardrock handlebars and cam locks are easily secured with an Allen key. Didn't get around to removing the screws as some have mentioned, just don't over tighten them. Tighten by hand and check that the handle does not rotate forcibly. If so, tighten slightly and check again. These grips look good and feel comfortable. They are a little smaller but perfect for my son and if you wear gloves from time to time. Hopefully they hold up and don't attract dirt too easily. Some reviewers have stated that the red is neon red. The pair I received are a beautiful bright red and they go very well with my son's bike. If they hold up well this is a good buy for the price. ODI buttons are installed on my bike and I almost like these RaceFaces better.
