Do not move more than necessary. If the wheel is too tight, which it should be, soak it in hot tap water for 5 minutes and tap it out. If necessary, use a small socket and a light tap of a hammer. Don't grind! This transmission has a front and a bottom. Follow the instructions or be careful when disassembling. Make sure to lubricate with the lube provided, but don't overdo it. Please note that when installed, the "groove" in the metal part is in the final assembly at the top in the middle between the gratings on the plastic. Be careful and mount the tongue on the correct side below. If the drive is face down in a very narrow area, screw the screws into the device before replacing it. Search online for a mixed door relearn procedure suitable for your vehicle. They can be scratched during removal and final installation if it is in a tight spot. Don't get discouraged and be patient if this is the case. This is a great transmission replacement and you don't have to worry about getting the wrong drivetrain which is very common on some cars and trucks. It's cheaper too! Win!
