Excellent quality. Not in original packaging, the kit included a charger (not invoice 3, one with LED) but it works perfectly. I had to update everything, but after that everything was great and stays. Charging is slow (like all Surface 3s) and doesn't slow down. Runs my DJ software, controllers and other music gear with ease. It also managed to run a few games like CS:Source on it using an Xbox One controller. The speakers sound good (not great), comparable to an iPad Pro or iPhone 7 Plus. With much larger volume. Connects to a 5G WiFi network, which is also a big plus. I have it as a backup computer and it works just as well as my laptop, so I'll be using it all the time. I had to enable the on-screen keyboard for it to work fully, but a separate keyboard will be purchased for better use in the future. The battery easily lasts all day. As mentioned, it charges slowly, so charge overnight or when not in use to always have a full charge. If you want to use it all day without network connection. (Example: At around 45% I was able to watch 3 movies on Netflix (around 2-2:30 hours) before it decided it was 13% and these apps needed charging. But it runs Windows software with no issues and third party software and loads fairly quickly To be honest I wouldn't say this is a refurbished model.
