THE FIRST SERVICE for computers and tablets

What a rollercoaster ride! I bought this for my wife for Christmas and while she was so happily setting it up for herself she ran into a problem. The tablet was not activated due to a product key error. I emailed the seller and surprisingly received a response within a few hours. (And no, it wasn't automated). Numerous emails went back and forth trying to solve the problem with activating the Windows 8.1 installed on the tablet, until finally he asked for my number and said he would give it to…

The only reason I gave two stars is because I was told not to trust one star reviews because they could be fake. I bought this and shipping was fast. At first I thought the tablet was fine because it looked brand new with a tiny scratch that was barely visible, but then it wouldn't charge. Bought a tablet for $250. I emailed the company and they said they couldn't provide a $250 replacement. I would have to pay the full $315. Even if I get a refund, I don't have the money to buy a new one. I'm…

Excellent all round. Exceeded my expectations.

Excellent quality. Not in original packaging, the kit included a charger (not invoice 3, one with LED) but it works perfectly. I had to update everything, but after that everything was great and stays. Charging is slow (like all Surface 3s) and doesn't slow down. Runs my DJ software, controllers and other music gear with ease. It also managed to run a few games like CS:Source on it using an Xbox One controller. False advertising of this product. The announcement clearly states that Microsoft provides a ONE YEAR manufacturer's warranty. In my case it is 100% FALSE. My item arrived and did not work. Terrible BATTERY CONNECTED but not charging which seems to be the case with Surface products. I went to every forum, went to every video how to solve this problem but to no avail.
