A sheet describing the procedures for installing the hard drive and motherboard, and a piece of circular tape to hold the power button during reassembly would be helpful. A small Phillips screwdriver (emphasis on "small") is the only tool needed to install and drive the circuit board into the case. For the price, this is definitely one of the best ITX cases we've seen.
