I was skeptical about ordering this knife because it sounded too good to be true, but decided to take the risk for $25. When I received the knife I was very impressed with the packaging it came in. Most of us don't have long drawers to store that knife, so it's nice to have that sheath. I first used it on a gyroscope which I grilled, it sliced very thinly like in a restaurant. The second time I used it was to make Korean boulogi where I semi frozen the ribeye and again sliced very thin just how I wanted it. The main thing is to treat this knife like an expensive knife, ie wash and dry the knife immediately after each use and store it back in the box.
