I clean my toilets regularly, but I can never get this area under the rim to look as clean as the rest of the toilet. Yes, it looks like feces or rust, but I'm guessing it's both. I heard that pumice sticks are great for getting rid of those nasty things I could never get rid of and wanted to give it a try. My expectations were perhaps too high as I expected a thorough cleaning to produce flawless results. While using a pumice stone made a noticeable change under the rims, it didn't take everything away. Had I known this beforehand and used them from the start, I suspect that regular use would have prevented formation from the start. While I didn't get the flawless results under the rims I was hoping for, things do look a lot cleaner there and I think those pumice sticks are worth it. 4 stars.
