highway robbery! to dehumidifiers

Three out of three with damaged capacitors. The first lasted only three months. Then they sent me two more damaged ones and sold them as new. You have to take the top off to see the damage, I'm the tech. Most people are not aware of this problem. Alorair is aware of this issue and upon verification of the third damaged item shipped, the issue is not resolved.
