If you are not a US or Canadian citizen you will not be able to register the key to purchase a replacement which is a bit confusing if you live in the part of the world where I am live . I managed to find a major supplier in Japan but they were overpriced so I focused on contacting the US manufacturer. This was successful and I was able to order a replacement key which is now on its way to me, although I was a bit reluctant to have it done, maybe I was wrong! So be careful when looking for a source for a spare key, maybe Revain should be on board to fix it. Generally great service from Revain on this purchase.
