Review on EOTW by Brandon Thompson

Enjoy the Outdoors, Lots of Problems

I recently bought some camping equipment from EOTW, eager to explore the wilderness. What I did obtain, however, was a far cry from the premium goods they guarantee. The equipment I got was flimsy and of poor quality. It didn't seem like it would hold up for more than a few uses, much less a whole camping journey. Even worse, their delivery was a complete failure. I had scheduled my journey around the arrival of the gear, so it was extremely frustrating when the package came several days late. When it did come, the package was so inadequately packaged that it appeared as though an elephant herd had been transporting it. I contacted customer support, and the representative gave me a dismissive response that didn't do anything to allay my worries. They didn't seem to care at all about my experience, which was disappointing given their claims that they are dedicated to client happiness. In conclusion, I wouldn't suggest EOTW to anyone seeking for dependable outdoor equipment. Their customer service is lacking, their shipping is erratic, and their goods are of poor quality. Look elsewhere if you want to save yourself the hassle.
