This dress is beautiful on! The material is super thick so it can be heavy hold but it gives it a nice fluffy stiff weight. This helps the ruffles stay up. I ordered a size extra large I’m a size 14 with a curvy belly. The waist measurement is between 38 and 40 inches.Just know that before you wear it the first time it will need to be ironed or dry cleaned super wrinkly when you get it.
