This dress is beautiful on! The material is super thick so it can be heavy hold but it gives it a nice fluffy stiff weight. This helps the ruffles stay up. I ordered a size extra large I’m a size 14 with a curvy belly. The waist measurement is between 38 and 40 inches.Just know that before you wear it the first time it will need to be ironed or dry cleaned super wrinkly when you get it.

The fatal flaw with the making the cut merch is they do 't know how to dress large bodies. This dress is beautiful and it's made from cotton and it's heavy and quality. The problem is they don't design on a standard block AND a large block so for the plus size they just move the seams out all over the pattern and not really just where the body is bigger. On the picture this dress looks great. In real life, the material chosen makes it so stiff. On top, there is much volume you look like a balloon struggling to move around. This dress cost too much money for all the bad aspects, I returned it. Thank God for this option.

Wore this dress for Diner en Blanc and it was perfect. It’s a lot of fabric but still worth it. Definitely have to set ahead time to steam it before wearing. I ordered an extra large but could have sized down to a large.
