Good product. My only complaint is that the plug for the house wiring is a bit flimsy and comes off easily, which is dangerous. But overall it works as promised. The nifty little magnetic shifts are so steep that I'll try to save them for something else when I put this contraption away. However, there are a few things you should be aware of. First, these lights don't have as much spread as fluorescent lights, so the shadows are more defined and the room looks a bit different. In addition, the light is more directed, directed downwards. My lamp's diffuser comes from the side, which is good for fluorescent lights, but not so good for them. Although it's not that bad. Crucially, though, most people need warm light. The daylight version of the lamp only looks good in the middle of the day when I don't need it; At night it looks hard and blue. I bought it first and no one in my family could stand it. Then he came back and bought a "warm" version. I think I'll put daylight in the garage or something.
