I have previously purchased Silverlite 8.5" PCB size, 10.2" overall size, LED upgrade kit, ceiling fan motor for about the same price. I tried this new replacement light only to find out it didn't fit. The biggest problem is that the 110V power cords are just too short. Also, the wires should not be inserted into the standard 3/8" threaded lamp tube without some sort of grommet - the wires can fray and short out, especially at the fan. Overall I am very happy with this unit (warm white version). I had to modify my old steel mounting plate to make this swap work, but it was worth it. If your ceiling tile has mounting clips for old fluorescent lights, you will need to remove these to allow the new assembly to be mounted level with the magnets provided.
