Review on Asus M4A89GTD PRO/USB3 AM3 AMD 890GX/SB850 Motherboard - 6 SATA USB 3.0, ATX by Jorge Eckstein

I've postponed this review until I've had time to get used to this board. I've read tons of complaints about memory compatibility but I haven't had any, I bought Corsair XMS memory and it worked great. I don't use integrated graphics on my GTX 285. The memory really sucks, they have to go back to dual clips. The most annoying thing is that the graphics card is in the 3rd or 4th slot from the bottom, since I have a long graphics card, it covers two SATA connectors (they provide right-ended cables, that's what I think), and placed also video card fan right next to sata cables and all other cables (power/reboot/hard drive etc) and the manual is in chinese, i've read some bad ones but this one is the best, the translation is terrible even in the bios there is grammatical errors. Now that the bad is on the way, this is an AMAZING overclocking board that offers many different ways to overclock. My 955BE Phenom II is stable at 4.2GHz, I would certainly recommend this board to a friend, but to understand that a long graphics card will cause problems and sometimes it is difficult to translate what is written in a book or in software stands.
