After buying two spare controllers (my pup loves to chew on those analog sticks right away) I got smart and found them. They look just like the originals (maybe even better) and are easy to install. I've had pretty bad luck in this regard and have successfully replaced two of these kits (seriously, my pup is a monster). If I can do it, you can do it! Just make sure you use the right size screwdriver to open the controller as the screws are easy to remove.
