WOW EXACTLY LIKE FACTORY. I feel like all my controllers are brand new now. Will definitely do this again in the future when the sticks wear out again. I didn't even know it was an option. Not to mention ideal.

I've been looking everywhere for these things because the joysticks on my PS4 have seen better days. I was skeptical about buying a pack of these as I usually put it down to the product being a cheap fake but they are actually great quality. I couldn't find anything OEM, but that's about it. I can't tell any difference between these and the originals on my other controller.

After buying two spare controllers (my pup loves to chew on those analog sticks right away) I got smart and found them. They look just like the originals (maybe even better) and are easy to install. I've had pretty bad luck in this regard and have successfully replaced two of these kits (seriously, my pup is a monster). If I can do it, you can do it! Just make sure you use the right size screwdriver to open the controller as the screws are easy to remove.

These sticks were a great replacement for the old worn out sticks on my son's PS4 remote. My 14 year old son was able to swap them out himself in about 10 minutes using a small Phillips screwdriver. They arrived exactly as described and are great value as you don't have to buy a new controller as all the rubber from the original sticks is wearing away. Bought for PS4 controller. Initially pleased as the quality turned out to be good and installation was easy with a YouTube video. Initial performance was very good and for the price it was good value. However, I just replaced my second left joystick in less than 3 weeks. The problem is durability. The rubber pad wears out and breaks within 20-30 hours of play. See the bottom of the attached photo. upset. The search continues. Would buy an OEM replacement in a heartbeat. They fit very loosely and I also soon found that their holes were too deep to allow them to slide all the way down so their domes were positioned directly over the controller modules. The spherical part at the base seems thicker than OG and has a slightly larger diameter. I can feel them scraping against the lid and this causes an annoying drift problem. Every time I use a proper analog stick now, it could potentially get stuck and stuck on the controller cover due to the lip grinding. A slight push releases it and stops drifting. Very annoying. Good product. Fits well, feels good and feels much firmer than the touchpads on the first generation PS4 controller. They are put together differently and do not flake off. They are very similar to the joysticks found on newer models. Installation isn't easy, but it's not difficult either. This requires a very small Phillips screwdriver (not included) but otherwise no special tools or skills.
