I love this product! I can also take it with me everywhere. I took it to work and use it to improve my circulation since I work 13-16 hour shifts in the hospital. I noticed a difference after just 3 uses. I wear compression stockings because I'm on my feet and at the table a lot. My legs are still swollen. And that's a blessing. It massages and "works" my muscles and even reduces some of the "dimples" of cellulite. I inherited this trait from my mother. I'm also tall, thin and athletic. I train almost every day. But I still have cellulite. I'm 5 feet 8 inches tall and weigh 127 pounds. This product has increased my confidence in the appearance of my thighs. Now I can wear shorts and mini skirts!
