I live in LA and this light jacket is perfect for our cool nights. I'm 5'6' 168 pounds and a little muscular. I purposely bought the XS and it fits perfectly. I do own a pair that is Small and that also fits perfectly just a tad bit bigger but I can barely tell the difference. So if you're a guy around my size and want the more fitted look get the XS. If you got a little bit more weight and/or just prefer a little looseness then get the Small.
