The pillow was great the first night. I only got up once to go to the bathroom. Fall asleep faster. Even if it gave off a slightly musty smell. The second night I slept normally, no neck pain, no headaches. But on the 3rd night the pillow became very hard and uncomfortable. Felt too high, I don't know how, but I felt uncomfortable again and slept less. I try to push on him with weights and other heavy objects to see if he straightens up a bit. I liked the little carry case it came in, but in terms of convenience I was disappointed. At least it was only $20. I think you can't always go by the reviews. I'll probably use it between my knees when sleeping and return to My Pillow, which is at least not as firm, but not much better either. TO UPDATE. So I didn't want to return the pillow and decided to open it up and take out the filling. Then sewn again. Turns out I had been drinking too much after a few nights of uncomfortable sleep. (see photos below). So I opened it up again and pushed it back just enough for my neck to be comfortable and sewed it back on. Success! I didn't wake up with a headache and only got up once a night, not three, to go to the bathroom. I think I should sleep better! Changed my rating from 2 to 4 stars. If you're thinking about throwing it away, try customizing it yourself. You have nothing to lose.
