Intuitive and User Friendly Software for Social Media Monitoring
I love how easy it is with this tool! It's very intuitive as well - anyone can use it without needing extensive training or experience in data collection/analysis (which we all know isn't always possible).
The interface could be more user friendly if there were some "shortcuts" that would make things easier when using certain features such as creating custom filters etc., but overall great product!! We are able monitor our social channels daily which makes us aware whenever something needs attention quickly before any damage occurs.
Pros
- This program provides many different views into what people have to say about your brand, allowing you visibility across multiple platforms including Twitter Facebook Instagram Snapchat Pinterest Tumblr LinkedIn Google Plus YouTube Vine Tinder And others..all at once within one system.it saves time from having too check each platform individually for mentions related specifically towards them brands products services offeringsetc
