The chair was better than I had hoped for. It has a sleek design and high-quality construction; it also does not squeak. You and a friend can assemble it in that amount of time. The wheels are not noisy, and the armrests are pleasant; they have two height settings (the lower one makes it easy to maneuver the chair close to the table) and can be turned to the left or right. The backrest reclines and the swing mechanism is gentle. The upholstery does not have any sharp fibers. I've been searching high and low for a reasonably priced, yet visually appealing gaming/office chair, and this one seems to be the best of the bunch.
