Read some reviews and some users complained that the volume/channel buttons are difficult to move up and down due to not enough space in the rubber case to move the keys present is free. They seem to have updated the case because mine didn't have what is shown in the Revain picture. I bought two of these and both came with no volume/channel button covers. Hope that clears up the complaints. It has a very good grip feeling. In my opinion it is very necessary because sometimes these Samsung remote controls are very slippery and small.
