I have a small bite and they are perfect for me. I used to buy similar items for $1 each and found that multiple individually wrapped pieces in a box cost pennies more. The individual packs are very easy to open (no blisters to open with scissors). They are comfortable and easy to carry as a pair in your pocket or purse. I just wash them off and let them dry. Light, not thick and not heavy. I am very happy that I found this beautiful, soft and comfortable mouthguard.
