The ability for employees across multiple offices around India (as well as US) to connect quickly through our internal chat app within minutes without needing any technical skills like VPNs etc., makes this software very useful! Not so much dislike but just that one would have loved more options/features such as group chats which could not work at times due to low internet speeds here in Mumbai where we operate out office most often than anywhere else. This tool has really helped us improve transparency between all members working together remotely while also allowing easy accessibility whenever required when offline via mobile phones too if need arises!!
