I really like how easy it was set up from our end! It's pretty intuitive once you get used too theming options but there are some things we're hoping they make easier in future updates of this product - i'm thinking being able o change button colors would be helpful so those who have light or dark themes could work more easily together at times.
We've been having issues integrating into different social media platforms due t he fact my team has grown over time which leads sometimes me not always knowing what buttons need clicked when setting something new up.- So far no real complaints here since its working great though integration does take longer than expected if needed support isn't around right away either because thats just life :) Our biggest issue now? Customer Service Support & Integration Help where theres any confusion about whats going down after clicking through one option then another before finally finding someone online helping us along :).
