I like that they are very knowledgeable about what you need to do in order to get your organization's grant applications funded by foundations or other granting agencies. Their staff has been extremely helpful, even when we have asked them questions outside of their expertise (such as tax advice). We've had one issue with an application not being submitted correctly but it was corrected quickly once notified. The process can be time consuming if there isn't enough experience at Gp within each department. If this applies to any member of your team please make sure all members understand how complex these processes may seem before hiring someone new into those roles. Our board wanted us to create more awareness among donors so that they could support our work through giving. This led us to increase funding from existing sources such as foundation grants and corporate sponsorships.
