I like that it is easy to use and very fast as well. The email option allows me to send emails directly from my contact list which makes things easier than having to search for them every time. It can be difficult at times to navigate through all of the different features, so you may need some training if this product isn't right for your business needs yet. We are trying out several CRM/contact management software solutions at present but have found nothing quite suitable up until now. This has been an excellent tool to help us manage our customer information effectively.
