I confess I'm a brand whore. I was skeptical because I had never heard of these guys, but I also like kits and kits so I snagged the box. Damn these things! I've used these on pine boxes I've made and since I have 8 of these and are quite large (24 x 16 x 18 inches) I thought I'd burn through a few pads to smooth them out for stains. 1 pillow. Let me repeat that: 1 underlay of 150 grit for all 8 drawers. I know what you're thinking, yes it's pine, it's soft, big deal. How about a 36" x 72" hard maple table? The cushion's coating wore off before the sand, smoothing out the ridges and seams. I will buy again.The only downside I can think of is that the color of the pads doesn't show up when charging and needs to be cleaned.My fault I saw the color when I bought it.
