I am a member of a team at McDermott that handles a wide variety of transactions. Our team covers a lot of ground -- energy, banking, real estate, corporate law, employment, mergers and acquisitions, and securities. We're always on the lookout for new ways to provide clients with unique value. It's a great place to work. There are occasional personality conflicts, but there's little turnover. People get along well and have a strong sense of community. This can make dealing with difficult clients easier. It can also make it easier to push forward on a difficult transaction by having the support of a group that genuinely wants the transaction to succeed. I have been practicing for over 25 years. This office has helped me with my business and personal needs. They are very professional and always willing to help you out. If there is anything they can't do, they will refer you elsewhere. There are no complaints as far as I know. I would highly recommend this office. They helped me with my business and personal matters.
