This rocker board is not very practical. It’s quite stable, so yes you can work, or do whatever you might be doing, while standing on it. They say "rocking board that moves you more”, it isn’t really, it doesn’t encourage you to move much at all. It doesn’t really encourage much rocking or shifting. Perhaps from an exercise point of view it would be better to wear socks so it is a little slippery and a bit more "challenging” than just standing there. Otherwise it’s basically more clutter, something to stub your toes on or maybe just a great conversation starter?I don’t see it as reducing fatigue or providing any exercise.
