We have four in four different locations. The ad is just fine. The keyboard is a bit cramped. However, they each go into a kind of sleep mode when the display dims and they don't wake up. This is very annoying and requires unplugging the power cord to restart. Makes them pretty much useless in the server room. The manual mentions sleep mode when the display is folded, but ours disables it when the display is up. No keystrokes, button presses, or screen angle manipulations will turn the display back on. It's so bad that we decided to mount the remote power switches underneath in the rack so we don't have to go to the back of the rack to unplug the power cord.
