I bought this for drawing and editing photos on an iPad2. The iPad 2 is quite old, so I'm surprised at how well it works. Also tried on MacBook Air Retina, iPhone 6 and Fire Tablet 7. It works great on all Apple devices but cannot be used on Fire Tablet 7. On Fire, in some apps, it creates a squiggly line as you move it across the screen. I think it has to do with the fire tracking permit. Maybe Fire is just waiting for a finger on the screen. Anyway, I had no intention of using a stylus with the Fire. On iPad it has good tracking for drawing and photo editing. It's too slow for handwriting, which is very bad. I think you'll need a newer iPad and an Apple Pencil for this. Also, as others have said, it doesn't register any pressure on artistic applications. The stylus feels good in the hand. I like the on/off button, which has a blue light around it when it's on. The top of the pen has a hole for USB charging and when not in use a cap is placed on top. Good design. I don't use it for a long time, so still with initial charge. Nibble - The instructions for use are printed in light gray ink that is slightly darker than the paper. Not sure why. I had to scan to read.
