Works well for me but there are a few things to note. First, it's longer than a traditional switch, measured from the rod to the vertical edge of the panel. That means you have less room to work with very thick wires. Second, speaking of thick wire, this switch cannot handle thicker wire than AWG 4. My load wires are AWG 2 so I had to splice them with short lengths of smaller wires to make it work. Not that easy considering how thick and stiff these wires are combined with less room to the edge of the board as mentioned.
