A great solution for dealing directly

i like that you can use this in different ways, if someone has an issue with their property then they are more likely to respond/ go through your system first rather than going direct via there phone line or email etc which saves alot of time! it also allows me as admin access so I'm not required to be physically present when issues arise.

its quite expensive but worth paying up front because after 12 months we have 100% uptime (no faults) meaning no downtime whatsoever - perfect :) would highly recommend using responseimpact where possible instead of relying solely upon landlines and emails only being useful at certain times during day / night hours!

Pros
  • Its easy for staff members both internal & external employees within organisations who wish to report problems quickly without having too much hassle trying other methods available such telephone lines ,emailing systems ect.all these things needless delays people's work schedules especially those working shifts !
Cons
  • It is relatively costly compared to others outthere yet provides full transparency into reporting any potential security
