I'm 6'3' 225 lbs with a 37' waist and based on the chart it said I needed a 3XL. No way! First time buyer for a wet suit so I thought they must know what they are doing. Ordered it on Sunday evening, received it Tuesday (a day early). Fit is perfect! I was surprised of the thickness of the suit. 3mm will be plenty thick for a Nov/Dec swim in Lake Mead, AZ.
