This is a really great thread. I only use it in my Lulzbot Taz5. It has excellent thermal performance and consistently produces reliable prints. Only once (of many repeat purchases) have I received a poor quality spool of filament. I could tell it wasn't normal quality as the surface of the thread was matte and not shiny as usual. Being an optimist I tried it anyway and it sealed my nozzle pretty quickly. Lesson learned: I shouldn't have tried this when I knew it probably wouldn't work. At the same time, around the same time (just a day or two after I received the package), the company contacted me and asked me to leave a review. I made my frank remark to them and almost immediately they sent a replacement spool of filament. Your customer service is truly top notch. Many other companies could use this as a guide. :) I recommend this product without hesitation - great performance, great support.
