The best electronic fan controller I could find, but not great. Worked fine until it didn't work. truck overheats in traffic; from time to time the controller will make a howl (probably a bloated capacitor). Flex-a-lite offers a replacement device, hence 3 stars. Other thoughts: I agree, it's been toggled on and off too many times (at least mentioned in another comment). I want it to stay a little longer, maybe by controlling/lowering the fan speed. The controller (and fans) would wear out a lot less if it stayed on a little longer and cycled the vise on and off as often.
