Review on 🔪 John Boos Maple Classic Chopping Block - Reversible End Grain 20x15x2.25 by Eric Hall

This block is one of the best cutting boards on the market. I had a similar one in my old house which was part of the island I left behind when we sold the house. He used to constantly cut vegetables and roll dough for more than 15 years. We sanded it down, treated it with edible mineral oil and sanded it down before showing the house to potential buyers and it has held up well. This new device will probably last as long as I've started refinishing it with mineral oil to keep it working. My only complaint is that it slides on granite countertops, wish it had tiny rubber feet to keep it stable. However, without legs, you can use either side. I think I'll take some bank cookies to keep it stable. Overall great quality and I can only recommend it.
