The smallest size is probably a 5.5 or 6
The ring is really nice but unfortunately the finger I was going to wear it on is usually a size 5 and that was it also loose with no way to really tighten it (I could understand that - you can squeeze it tighter but it won't stay closed). If your ring finger is a size 5 or smaller I wouldn't buy this. The thumbs should be fine.
