Maybe my expectations of this webcam were too high, but it disappointed me. It suffers from many of the same issues that other webcams suffer: noise, grainy images, poor color reproduction in low light. It's underpowered and underwhelming for 1080p at 60fps. 1080p video degrades unacceptably in low light. Running at 720p 30 fps is an improvement in low light. When I say low light, I mean the average home office. No closet. It might be better than a webcam, which maxes out at 720p at 30fps, but for the advertised 1080p at 60fps performance, it's disappointing. Of course, for this camera to look good, it needs a lot of direct light. I have a lamp on my desk but it still doesn't solve the poor lighting problem in low light. I've spent hours tweaking settings and reading guides to set these things up and it all comes down to the lighting. Dedicated lighting specifically designed to illuminate video subjects.
